YOU BE THE JUDGE

1. A student is a slow learner.
2. He is studying in a particular section.
3. He is not able to concentrate and write his homework or he is not able to copy all that is written on the board.
4. He is interested in writing slowly with a good handwriting.
5. He is not able to get good pass mark even.
6. Can he be sent out of the section and sending him to the other section?
7. By going to the other section will there be any improvement in his character?
8. Is this correct? Is this  the right punishment?
