The writer of this blog was a smoker.He smoked beedi(Indian) Charminar(Tobacco heavy) and many brands like Kent,Dunhill and even Cigars and pipes.He tried everything.It started from the age of 14 and it expired in 1983.for 86-14=72 years.But he carried two packets one on the right side and one on the left side in his coat.He would go to the extreme and then gave a break then continued.
  3. If you  have control on your body, nothing will go wrong.
  4. But what mistake all do is smoke,eat oily things, drink and all these extra activities lead to many problems.
  5. Do not stop abruptly.Do the reducing gradually. You can stop it if you have the will.
  6. It is a craving and that you must give a good alternative,
  7. Find those alternatives yourself,you will be the winner over this bad habit.
  8. Go for vegetarian diet. Do good Exercises. Go for a long walk where pollution is less.Believe in yourself that you are going in the right direction.
  9. Leave the company of smokers and join the non- smokers team.
  10. Life is for living,smiling, laughing and enjoying.
  11. Have positive thoughts.Give more company to your wife and children.
  12. Think positive thoughts and live a creative life.
